Our office offers specialized training for your collection department in three optional ways:
You can send members of your collection department to our office to work with our professional collectors for one half day. This helps your office personnel perfect valuable techniques in telephone usage, time management and account management.
A member of our office will come to your office to work with your personnel in your collection department for a period of time. Items covered during this training include account management, making telephone calls and time management. This training can cover one half day, a whole day, several days or parts of several days depending upon your requirements.
We can also provide a three hour seminar designed to train your collection personnel in collections. The training material has been developed by the Associated Credit Bureaus of America and was created specifically to train collectors. The course covers the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, telephone usage and time management. The course can be produced specifically for your collection department or can be used as a sales tool for your office if invitations are sent to your current and prospective clients. With the addition of a one and one half hour bankruptcy session, the seminar becomes a full day of exciting learning for your collectors and your clients.
